Platica, heart to heart talk is one-on-one healing guidance, mentoring, shamanic talk therapy by phone or video call with Antoinette.
Sometimes all it takes is a little guidance and space to witness an issue for it to resolve itself, other times it can be an overwhelming journey and it takes a village. Platica may include guided meditations or somatic work and homework / rituals. Please prepare a private space with wifi connection.

LIMPIA ~ AURA CLEANSING
Limpia, aura cleansing, is a spiritual purification of the subtle bodies surrounding the physical body where blueprints of our manifestation resides. Crystals are placed on the body for chakra balance, attunement, and purification. Sage, or other incense like frankinscence, flowers, drum, rattle, crystal pyramid, and voice may be used.
Just about everybody takes showers and baths to cleanse the physical body, however the practice of taking care of our energy body has been mostly forgotten. Limpia ceremonies are the equivalent of clearing and purifying the soul body, a bath for the soul as in food for the soul. A good Limpia will reset your energy body and re-vitalize your multi-dimensional being allowing more clarity and purity of your essence to shine through.
