PLATICA - Heart To Heart Talk
Platica, heart to heart talk is one-on-one healing guidance, mentoring, counseling, shamanic talk therapy by phone or video call with Antoinette.
Sometimes all it takes is a little guidance and space to witness an issue for it to resolve itself, other times it can be an overwhelming journey and it takes a village. LIMPIA - Aura Cleansing
Limpia, aura cleansing, is a spiritual purification of the subtle bodies surrounding the physical body where blueprints of our manifestation resides. Crystals are placed on the body for chakra balance, attunement, and purification. Sage, or other incense like frankinscence, flowers, drum, rattle, crystal pyramid, and voice may be used.
Just about everybody takes showers and baths to cleanse the physical body, however the practice of taking care of our energy body has been mostly forgotten. Limpia ceremonies are the equivalent of clearing and purifying the soul body, a bath for the soul as in food for the soul. A good Limpia will reset your energy body and re-vitalize your multi-dimensional being allowing more clarity and purity of your essence to shine through.

SOUL HEALING JOURNEY
Soul Healing Journey Session starts where the Limpia ends.
Antoinette's own healing style emerged through a synchretism of Crystal Healing, Shamanic Energy Healing, Regressional Therapy, Aura Reading, Mystical Princi and her decade of healing experiences and personal studies. These sessions go deeper when you are ready to access the wisdom of your soul, to explore truths stored within you and unfurl the wings of intuitive guidance and opening of perception.
Soul Healing Session starts with an intention, crystals or stones are placed on the body, breath and drum invoke the soul space, and the journey begins within your inner landscape with Antoinette as your guiding navigator. In this soul space your innate wisdom and truths are accessed more easily and transformative experiences are common. Past/parallel/future life therapy, soul retrieval, taking care of the inner child, trauma work, ancestral healing, self worth issues and self realization moments can come fast and are tremendous game changers for one's healing path.

Vesica Pisces Crystalline Couples Therapy was created as an alternative to regular couples talk therapy and is a creative way for any two individuals, like mother and daughter, husband and wife, two friends, etc, to bring more clarity, understanding, harmony, and peace into their relationship. This offering is for in-person sessions only.
The general steps of the Vesica Pisces ritual are as follows:
*1 After a talk together and setting of intention, a journey with drum and sound aligns and strengthens the intention's focus as each person is directed to envision a current map of their life situation.
*2 Next, crystals are available for each person to create a mandala painting with the crystals to physically represent the map of their life including important people, issues, roles, and feelings.
*3 The couple take turns to explain the meaning and position of each crystal in their life mandala. Antoinette guides and provides insight according to the chosen crystals and their qualities.
*4 Antoinette will merge the structure of their mandalas to form a single geometric unit and the couple once again places the same crystals they used before into the new coupling form representing their inter-relational space.
*5 The couple will once again explain each of their actions, placements and feelings about each crystal in the new configuration.
*6 Finally Antoinette will guide the process of integration and illumination for the next step and together come up with an action/maintenance plan reflecting the gems and 'take aways' highlighted by the Vesica Pisces ritual.
